KULA Shipping Policy

At KULA, we want to make spreading joy as simple and seamless as possible. Below is our shipping policy:

Delivery Cut-Off

  • Orders must be placed by 10 a.m. the day before the delivery date to ensure timely processing and shipping.

Delivery Schedule

  • All parcels are shipped via Swiss Post, offering reliable service across Switzerland.

  • While Swiss Post is generally dependable, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

  • Delivery Days:

    • We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday.
    • No deliveries are available on Sundays or Mondays, as we believe everyone deserves a little rest (including us 😊).

Shipping Costs

  • 4-Box: 4.90 CHF

    • This box was specially designed to offer a more budget-friendly option, making it easier for everyone to spread joy.

  • 8-Box and 12-Box: 7.90 CHF

    • These larger boxes require more space and care, resulting in slightly higher shipping costs.

  • Saturday Deliveries:

    • Due to higher Swiss Post fees for Saturday deliveries, shipping costs for that day are slightly increased.

Corporate and Bulk Orders

  • For corporate orders or orders of more than 5 boxes, please contact us directly at hoi@kula-giving.ch. We’re happy to assist and arrange special shipping for your needs.
